Truly Unique

The Magical Number 2

Just like human beings, plants do require downtime. This period of regeneration takes place during the night when they manufacture new enzymes, protoplasm and other building blocks from the food produced by photosynthesis during the day. This, of course, serves to repair and replenish cells lost from wear and tear.

Studies have shown that that plants are at their most active or optimum stage of cell renewal approximately 2 hours before day breaks, during certain months of the season. Thus harvesting them at these opportune moments will ensure a high level of beneficial materials captured.
